MY GRANDSON’S HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION

Last week my wife and I went out in the pouring rain to see our grandson, Hunter Martin, graduate from Seminole High School here in the Greater Orlando area. I’m sure my wife, even in her very poor health, would have walked to the arena where the graduation was held to see Hunter accept his diploma if that had been her only way to get there.

We absolutely didn’t want to miss seeing Hunter receive his very well-deserved recognition for his first great accomplishment in life. We wanted to hug him and remind him that the world and his place in it are waiting through this new door he’s opened; a new life waiting for him to come and make it his; assure him that we and all his family love him very much and will be watching and cheering him on as he becomes the best Engineer he can be.
