KING DAVID WALKED DOWN THIS ROAD BEFORE ME
I had a trying day today and found comfort in these thoughts.
When he was just a boy, King David brought down Goliath. As a young man, he walked King Saul to his grave. When he was the king of Israel, King David, in lust, fell into the arms of the gorgeous wife of another man and arranged the death of the man so he could have the man’s wife.
King David walked down this road before me.
King David fell on his face before God for forgiveness and God forgave him.
King David became a great and powerful king and wrote the Holy psalms that are celebrated these thousands of years later.
King David gave us his son, the great King Solomon.
King David walked down this road before me.
The low road is for me, is for the ego, but I can take the high road with God if I choose; but NEVER THE TWAIN SHALL MEET.
