THE EYES OF CHRIST

When what I’ve judged to be beautiful becomes ugly to me or what I’ve judged to be ugly becomes beautiful, that person, thing situation or condition I’m experiencing has not changed; I changed, my perception changed. My perception changed because I stopped judging and accepted the person, thing, situation or condition as it truly is; I have been enabled by Christ to see with the eyes of Christ, see the high, thick walls I’ve built to protect myself, see those walls steadily falling away, see the layers of filters I’ve allowed to be placed over my eyes steadily falling away to reveal the perfection of this miraculous truth that I am a part of and live in.

This is the path to the Kingdom of God, to heaven; the path right through our fear, anger, greed, lust, and envy, all born of ignorance, ignorance of the fact that we live, move, and have our being in God and that God lives, moves, and has His being in us, individually and as the body of Christ.
